Radd chape, muwakhize kiye,  woh fatwa jis me Allah ta'ala ko saaf saaf kizb  jhuta mana hai aur jis ki asal mohari dasatkhati is waqt mehfuz hai aur us Ke photo bhi liya gaya jin Se ek photo ulmae harmaine-sharifain ko dikhane Ke liye maa-digar kutube khuda ka napaak fatwa athrah baras huyi (rabi  ul  akhir 1308 hizri) me risala siyanatun-nas Ke sath matba hadikatul ulume merath me ma-a radd Ke saye ho chuka fir 1318 hizri me matba gulzar hussani  Bombay me is ka aur mufasasal radd chap fir 1320  hizri me Patna azim-abad matba tuhfa-e-hanfiya me us ka aur kahir rad chapa aur fatwa dene wala (jamadil-akhir 1323 hizri) me Mara aur marte dam tak sakit raha na ye kaha Ke woh fatwa mera nahi halake khud chapi huvi kitabe Se fatwa ka inkar kar dena sahal tha na yahi bataya Ke matlab woh nahi Jo ulmae alhe sunnat bata rahe hai balke meraa matlab ye hai na kufr sarih ki nisbat koi sahal baat thi jis par iltefat na kiya!

Zaid se us ka ek mohari fatwa us ki zindagi aur tandarusti me elaniyaha naql kiya jaye aur woh katan yakini sarih kufr ho aur salaha sal us ki ishaat hoti rahi log us ka radd chapa kare zaid ko is ki bina par kafir bataya kare zaid us Ke baad pandarah baras jiya aur ye sab kuch dekhe sune aur us fatwa ki apni taraf nisbat Se inkare asal say na kare balke dam Sadhe rahe yaha tak Ke dam nikal jaye kya koi akil guman  kar sakta hai ke is nisbat Se use inkar tha ya us ka matlab kuch aur tha aur un me Ke Jo zindah hai aaj Ke dam tak sakit hai na apni chapi kitabe Se munkir ho sakte hai na apni dushnamo ka aur matlab ghadh sakte hai !

1320 hizri me un  ka tamam kufriyat ka mazmuayakazayi radd say hua ! Fir in dushnamon  Ke mutalik kuch imaayede musalimin ilmi sawalat un me ke sarguna Ke paas le jaye saawalon par Jo halat sarasemagi be-had paida huvi dekhne wale Se us ki kaifiyat puchiye magar us waqt bhi na un  tahirirat Se inkar ho saka na koi matlab ghadhne par kudrat

Tawil nahi suni jati warna koi baat bhi. Kufr na rahe
maslan zaid ne kaha khuda 2 hai us me tawil ho jaye Ke lafz e khuda Se bahzaf muzaf hukme khuda murad hai yani kaz do hai mabram aur muallak jaise quran e azim me farmaya

umro kahe mai rasool Allah hun is me ye tawil gadh li jaye Ke lagavi Mani murad hai yani khuda hi ne us ki rooh  badan me bheji aisi tawil e janhar masmu nahi!

Shifa sharif me hai sarih lafz me tawil ka dawa nahi suna jata!

Shariyat me mardud hai!

Nasimul-riyaz me hai aisi tawil ki taraf iltefat na hoga aur woh hizyan samjhi jayegi! Fatawa khulasa aur fusule amdiyah aur jame al-fusulin aur fatawa hizyan waigaira me hai

Yani agar koi shakhs apne ap ko Allah ka rasool ya paigambar kahe aur mane ye le ke mai paigam le  jata hun kaasid ho to woh kafir ho jayega ye tawil na suni jayegi

Hoti aayi hai Ke inkar kya karte hai:

To kyo kar mumkin Ke aulama ba-wasaf un  tasrihat Ke Ke, ek ahtamale Islam bhi nafi kufr hai Jahan baksarat ahtamalate islam mujud hai hukm kufr lag gaya lazram us Se murad wahi khas ahtamalat kufr hai masal  ad-ay ilm jati wagaira warna ye akwal aphi batil aur ayimma-e-kiram ki apni hi tahkikat-aliya Ke mukhlif hokar khud jahib-aur-jayel honge  is ki tahkik jameal fasulinaaur rahul-muhatar aur hashiya-e-allama nooh aur muntakat fatawa huzzat aur ta-tar khanya aur mazamal-anhar  are hadika nadiya waslal-hisam wagaira kutub me hai nasus ibrat risayile ilme gaib masla al-luzul-maknun wagaira me mukahiz ho aur bilallah al-tufik yaha sirf hadika-e-nadiya Sharif Ke ye kalmate Sharif bas hai:

Yani kutube fatawa me jitne alfaz par hukm kufr ka jazm kiya hai in Se murad woh Surat hai Ke kayil ne un  Se pehlu e kufr murad liya ho warna hargiz kufr nahi!

Isi tarah fatawa bazaziyah aur behru-rayek aur mazma-al anhar aur hadika nadyah wagaira me hai! Tatar khanyah aur behrosal-alhisam aur tambihul-walat wagaira me hai:

Behrul-rayek aur tanvirul-absar hadika nadyah aur tabihul-walat waslul hisam wagaira me hai:

Dekho ek lafz Ke chand ahtamal me kalam hai ne Ke ek shashk Ke chand akwal me magar yahudi baat ko tehriff kar dete hai!

Is tehkik Se. Ye bhi Roshan ho gaya Ke baaz fatawe masl fatawe kazi khan wagaira me Jo us shakhs par Ke Allah aur rasool ki gawahi Se nikaha kare ya kehe arwah mashekh hazir aur wakik hai ye kehe malayak  gaib janta hai balke kahe mujhe gaib malum hai hukm kufr diya! Tabiyat nahi Allah ta'ala ne bila wasta rasool asalatan us guyub par mutla kiya ye bhi kufr hai:

Ahtamam aur tahsine-jan ke sabab us ka kalam isi  pehlu par Hamal karege jab tak sabit na ho Ke us ne koi pehlu e-kufr hi murad liya Ke ek malun kalam takjibe-khuda ya tankise sayyade alam ambiya alaihisalato wasalam me saaf sarih na kabile tawil aur tujih ho aur fir bhi hukm kufr na ho Ab to us Se kufr na kehna kufr ko Islam manna hoga aur Jo kufr ko Islam mane khud kafir hai!
