Auraton ka Qabristan ya Mazar par Jana
Ahle Sunnat ka Tahqiqi aur Mo‘tadil Nazariya
Islam ek fitrat-pasand aur hikmat wala deen hai. Har hukm sirf jaiz ya na-jaiz tak mehdood nahi hota, balki halat, fitna aur nateejon ko bhi dekha jata hai. Auraton ke qabristan ya mazaron par jane ka masla bhi isi qisam ka ek nazuk aur aham masla hai, jisme Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat ka nazariya balance aur ehtiyat par mabni hai.
Ala Hazrat farmate hain ke
Asah qawl ye hai ke auraton ka qabristan aur mazaron par jana jaiz nahi.
Is hukm ki wajah Ala Hazrat ne ye bayan farmai:
Aurat ka mizaj fitratan jazbati aur narm hota hai
Qabron par ja kar aksar
gham taza hota hai
sabr ke bajaye rona, cheekhna, jaz‘a-faza‘ ho jata hai
ya phir bepardagi, be-adabi aur ghair-shar‘i harkaton ka khatra hota hai
Isi liye Ala Hazrat رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ne itlaqan (general taur par) auraton ko qabristan aur mazaron par jane se mana‘ farmaya.
Ahem baat Ye mana‘ aurat hone ki tauheen nahi, balki fitne se bachane aur deen ki hifazat ke liye hai.
Ahadith ki Roshni me Masla
1 Hadith-e-La‘nat
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:
Allah Ta‘ala ne un auraton par la‘nat farmai jo qabrain ziyarat karti hain.
(Sunan Tirmizi)
Is hadith ki bunyaad par:
Kai Ulama-e-Ahle Sunnat ne auraton ke qabristan jane ko na-jaiz
aur kuch ne sakht makrooh kaha
2 Qabron ki Ziyarat ki Ijazat wali Hadith
Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:
Main ne tumhein qabron ki ziyarat se mana kiya tha, ab ziyarat ki ijazat hai.
Ulama-e-Ahle Sunnat farmate hain:
Ye ijazat mardon ke liye bil-ittifaq hai
Auraton ke liye ye ijazat mutlaq nahi, balki qayd aur sharaait ke sath hai
Phir kuch Ulama ne jaiz kyun kaha?
Ye baat samajhna bohot zaroori hai.
Agar poora shar‘i parda ho
koi rona-dhona, cheekhna, matam na ho
koi be-adabi, fitna na ho
To rukhsat ke taur par jaiz kaha gaya.
Yahan wazeh farq samajhna zaroori hai:
Jin Ulama ne na-jaiz kaha, unhon ne bepardagi aur fitne ki wajah se kaha
Jin Ulama ne jaiz kaha, unhon ne bhi sirf parde aur fitne se bachne ki shart ke sath kaha
Is liye ye ikhtilaf aqeede ka nahi, balki halat aur nateeje ka hai.
Mazarat-e-Awliya ka Hukm
Ala Hazrat رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ke nazdeek:
Mazaron par auraton ka jana:
zyada bheer
ghair-shar‘i rawaiyat
aur fitne ka sabab
ban jata hai, is liye yahan mana‘ aur zyada sakht hai.
Roza-e-Rasool ﷺ ka Istisna
Is masle me ek bohot aham istisna hai:
Roza-e-Rasool ﷺ ki ziarat
Auraton ke liye jaiz hai
balki bari barkat aur sa‘adat wali hai
kyun ke yahan:
adab aur ehtram hota hai
fitne ka andesha nahi hota
Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat ke nazdeek:
Auraton ka qabristan aur mazaron par jana afzal nahi
aam taur par mana‘ hai
aur jin Ulama ne jaiz kaha, unhon ne bhi sirf parde aur fitne se bachne ki shart ke sath kaha
Is masle me: na sakhti durust hai na hi la-parwahi
Behtareen raasta wahi hai jo Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ne dikhaya:
Ehtiyat, adab aur fitne se doori.
Aur Ek jagah Alahazrat farmate hain.
Mujhe yaad nahi ke maine auraton ke mazar par jane ko sarihan ‘haraam’ likha ho,
albatta maine adab aur ehtiyat ke saath ‘hillat’ (rukhsat / gunjaish) ki taraf ishara zaroor kiya hai.
