Burai se bachna Nafs pe Qabu

Buraiyon se bachna aur nafs ko control karna. Yeh asal mein jihad-e-akbar hai — yani apne nafs ke khilaf larna.


Buraiyon se Bachne ke Tareeqe:

1. Allah ka Khauf aur Mohabbat:

  • Taqwa paida karen — yani har waqt yeh ehsaas rakhen ke Allah dekh raha hai.
  • Quran-e-Kareem mein hai:
    "إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا"
    "Beshak Allah Tum Par Nigahban Hai."
    (Surah An-Nisa, Ayat 1)

2. Muhasaba-e-Nafs (Apne Amaal ka Jaiza):

  • Rozana apne a'maal ka muhasiba karen. Yeh soche ke aaj mene kya kiya, kya galtiyan hui, aur unhein kaise durust karna hai.
  • Imam Ghazali رحمۃ اللہ علیہ farmate hain:
    "Jo apne nafs ka muhasiba nahi karta, wo ghaltiyon mein doob jata hai."

3. Buraiyon se Bachaane Wali Ibadat:

  • Namaz: Apni namaz ko waqt par aur khushu o khuzu ke sath ada karen. Namaz buraiyon se rokti hai:
    "إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ تَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ"
    "Namaz behayai aur burai se rokti hai."
    (Surah Al-Ankabut, Ayat 45)
  • Tilawat-e-Quran: Rozana Quran-e-Kareem ka muta'la karen, khas taur par Surah Yaseen, Surah Mulk, aur Surah Falaq o Naas, Aur Surah Ar Rahan.
  • Zikrullah: La ilaha illallah, Astaghfirullah, Aur Durood Shareef ka wazifa karen.

4. Buray Sohbat se Bachna:

  • Buray logon ki sohbat se bachna aur nek logon ka saath ikhtiyar karna zaroori hai.
  • Hadith-e-Mubarakah hai:
    "Aadmi apne dost ke deen par hota hai, dekho kisko apna dost banate ho."
    (Abu Dawood)

5. Apne Nafs ko Masroof Rakho:

  • Aksar burai tab hoti hai jab insaan farigh hota hai. Apne aap ko ibadat, tilawat, ilm-e-deen seekhne, ya koi acha kaam karne mein masroof rakhen.
  • Alahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan رحمۃ اللہ علیہ farmate hain:
    "Nafs ko farigh na chodo, warna ye tujhe buraiyon ki taraf le jayega."

6. Apne Aap Ko Saza Do:

  • Jab bhi koi ghalti ho, apne aap ko ehsaas dilao. Jaise, agar kisi se bura sulook kar diya, to maafi maang lo. Kuch sadaqa karo ya kisi nek amal ka irada karo.

7. Halal Rizq:

  • Rizq-e-halal se apni zindagi guzare. Haraam rizq insan ke nafs ko buraiyon ki taraf daawat deta hai.

8. Dua aur Istighfar:

  • Allah Ta'ala se hamesha madad mango:
    "رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي"
    "Aey mere Rab, maine apne upar zulm kiya, mujhe maaf farma."
    (Surah Al-Qasas, Ayat 16)

Qur'an Shareef mein Allah Ta'ala ne kai martaba apni Rehmat aur Maghfirat ka zikr farmaya hai. "Beshak Allah Raham karne wala aur Maaf karne wala hai"

غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ" (Ghafoorur Raheem - Bohot Maaf karne wala, Bohot Meharban) ka zikr dekhein, toh yeh 90 se zyada martaba Qur'an Shareef mein aaya hai. Isi tarah "رَحْمَٰنٌ رَّحِيمٌ" (Rehmanur Raheem - Nihayat Meharban, Rahem karne wala) bhi bohot baar aaya hai.

Allah Ta'ala ne kai jagah apni maghfirat aur rehmat ka zikr farmaya hai, jinmein se kuch aayatein yeh hain:

  1. سورة الزمر (39:53)
    قُلْ يَٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
    "(Aye Habeeb!) Tum keh do, Aye mere bandon jinhon ne apni jaanon par zyadati ki, Allah ki Rehmat se na ummeed na ho. Beshak Allah sab gunah maaf kar deta hai, beshak wahi Bohot Bakshne wala, Nihayat Meharban hai." (Kanzul Imaan)

  2. سورة النساء (4:110)
    وَمَن يَعْمَلْ سُوءًۭا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُۥ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ ٱللَّهَ يَجِدِ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورًۭا رَّحِيمًۭا
    "Aur jo koi koi bura kaam kare ya apni jaan par zulm kare, phir Allah se maghfirat maange, toh woh Allah ko Bohot Bakshne wala, Nihayat Meharban payega."

  3. سورة البقرة (2:286)
    لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا ٱكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ إِن نَّسِينَآ أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ إِصْرًۭا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِۦ ۖ وَٱعْفُ عَنَّا وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَٱرْحَمْنَا ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَىٰنَا فَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
    (Is aayat mein Allah ki Rehmat aur maghfirat ki dua sikhayi gayi hai, jo yeh sabit karti hai ke Allah Nihayat Meharban aur Maaf karne wala hai.)

In aayaton ke ilawa bhi Qur'an-e-Kareem mein kai martaba "Ghafoor-ur-Raheem," "Tawwab-ur-Raheem," "Ra'oof-ur-Raheem" aur Allah ki bakshish aur rehmat ka zikr farmaya gaya hai.

Aakhri Nasihat:

Buraiyon se bachna ek silsila hai — kabhi kabhi insan ghalti kar bhi leta hai. Lekin asal baat yeh hai ke ghalti ke baad tauba ki jaye, Allah se madad mangi jaye, aur apni islah ki koshish ki jaye. Sab se ahem baat ye ki kabhi Allah ke Rahmat Magfirat se Na ummid na ho, balke Allah ki raza aur khauf se buraiyon se bacha jaye.
