Hazrat Imam Rabbani Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ)

Alhamdulillahi Rabbil 'Aalameen, Wassalaatu Wassalaamu 'Alaa Sayyidil Anbiyaai Wal Mursaleen
Tareekh-e-Islam mein kuch shakhsiyat aisi hain jo zamana badalne ke liye paida ki gayi hoti hain — jo deen ki gard uthi hui dhool ko saaf karte hain, aqeede ko tahaffuz dete hain aur ummat ko sirat-e-mustaqeem ki taraf le jaate hain. Aise hi ek buzurg hain Hazrat Imam Rabbani Mujaddid-e-Alf-e-Sani Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi Farooqi (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ).
Wiladat aur Nasab
- Aap ki wiladat 971 Hijri / 1564 CE mein Sirhind, Punjab (Hindustan) mein hui.
- Aap ka nasab Hazrat Umar Farooq-e-Azam (رضی اللہ عنہ) se milta hai — is wajah se aap ko “Farooqi” bhi kaha jata hai.
Unka Laqab: Mujaddid-e-Alf-e-Sani
- Aap ko “Mujaddid-e-Alf-e-Sani” ka laqab mila, kyun ke aap Islam ke doosre hazaar saal ke aghaaz mein paida huye aur us waqt ke fitno ka ilm, tasawwuf aur tajdid ke zariye rad kiya.
- Aap ka ye maqam ulama, fuqaha aur mashaaikh ke mutafaq alaihi hai.
Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehlvi likhte hain:
"Aap ke baad is silsile mein koi shakhs aisa nahi guzra jo itne jalal, ilmu tajdid ke maqam par ho."
Akbar Ka Fitna Aur Mujaddid-e-Alf-e-Sani Ki Tajdeedi Jung
Hazrat Mujaddid-e-Alf-e-Sani (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) ka daur us waqt shuru hua jab Badshah Akbar ne Islam ke usoolon ko bigaadne ki koshish ki. Akbar ne apni hukoomat ko mazboot banane ke liye ek naqli mazahab “Deen-e-Ilahi” ka aghaaz kiya, jiska asal maqsad tha:
- Islam, Hindu dharm, Zoroastrianism aur Christianity ka ek mix bana kar ek naya "universal deen" tayar karna,
- Namaz aur roza jaise farz ibadaat ki ahmiyat ko kam karna,
- Apne aap ko “Zillullah” (Allah ka saaya) keh kar logon ke aqeede ko badal dena.
Akbar ne ulema ko kharij kar diya, masajid mein talim band kar di, aur shirk aur bid’aat ko khuli chhoot di. Un ke hawari, jaise Abul Fazl aur Faizi, kufr o zandaqa ke paighambar ban gaye.
Hazrat Mujaddid Ne Kya Kiya?
Hazrat Imam Rabbani (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) ne is gumrahi ke silsile mein qalam, roohaniyat, aur saabit aqeede se jung shuru ki:

Deen-e-Ilahi ka Ilmi Rad: Aap ne likha ke yeh deen kufr par mabni hai jo Islam ki asli surat ko khatam karta hai. Aap ne likha:
"Islam aur kufr kabhi ek nahi ho sakte, aur jahan shirk aaye, wahan haq ka sooraj chhup jata hai."

Maktoobat ke zariye Aqalmandon ko jagaya: Aap ke maktoobat ne sirf aam logon nahi, balke Mughal ke baadshah Jahangir tak ko mutasir kiya. Jahangir ne pehle aap ko qaid kiya (kyunki aapne uske baap Akbar ke deen ka rad kiya tha), lekin baad mein aap ki roohani azmat aur ilm se mutasir ho kar rihayi de di.

Shirk aur Raza Mand Islam ka fark wazeh kiya: Aap ne Hindu tasawwurat aur shirk par tanqeed karte hue likha:
“Haq sirf wahi hai jo Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ke tareeqe par ho, aur baaqi sab hawa o hawas hai.”

Musalmanon ke zawaal ko roka: Jab Islam ki rooh kamzor pad rahi thi, aap ne tasawwuf, shariat aur siyasat mein ek naya jaan daala.
Jahangir Ki Qaid Aur Roohani Ghalba
Jab Jahangir ko aap ki taaleemat se takleef hui, to usne aap ko Gwalior Qila mein qaid kiya. Lekin yeh qaid bhi roohani nizam ke liye ek nayi roshni ban gayi. Wahan bhi aap ne logon ki islaah ki, aur kuch hi mahino ke andar andar Jahangir aap ka murid ban gaya.
Jahangir ne kaha:
"Main ne aise buzurg kabhi nahi dekhe jo qaid mein bhi roohani ghulami ka dars dein."
Yani, Hazrat Imam Rabbani (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) ne tazim-e-Risalat, Tawheed, Shari’at, aur Tasawwuf ko ek naya asman diya — us waqt jab hukoomat khud Islam se mooh mod chuki thi.
Tajdid-e-Deen Ki Koshish
Hazrat ne deen mein paida hone wale bid’aat, khurafat aur shirk ki shiddat se mukhalafat ki. Aap ke likhe hue maktoobaat (khatoot) mein tafseel se sab masail ka jawab hai.
Aham Islaahi Kaam:
- Aqeeda-e-Tawheed ki tahqeeq aur tashreeh.
- Wahdat-ul-Wujood ki jagah Wahdat-us-Shuhud ka daleel par mabni bayan.
- Shari'at aur Tariqat ke ekhtilaat ka nizaam — jisme na Tasawwuf mein ghuloo, na shari'at se doori.
- Ulama aur Sufiya ke darmiyan jame'iyat ka paigham.
Tasawwuf Mein Tajalli
Hazrat Naqshbandi silsile ke buzurg the. Aap ne Tasawwuf ko Shari'at ke daaire mein laa kar roohaniyat ki asli rooh ko zinda kiya. Aap ka aqeeda tha:
"Tasawwuf ka asli maqsad hai nafs ki islaah aur sunnat ki pairovi."
Aap ke shagird aap ke islahati tareeqe se duniya bhar mein phail gaye.
Maktoobat-e-Imam Rabbani – Ilm Ka Samundar
Aap ke “Maktoobat” — jo aap ke likhe hue khat hain — teen jildon mein majood hain. Yeh sirf roohani nasihat nahi, balke ilmi, falsafi, aur tajdeedi pegham se bharpur hain.
- In maktoobat ne baqaida ek soch, ek fikr aur ek roohani tahreek ka aghaaz kiya.
- Aap ke khat, Qur’an o Hadith, fiqh, kalam, aur tasawwuf ka behtareen majmu’a hain.
Shahadat / Wisaal
Hazrat ka wisaal 1034 Hijri / 1624 CE mein Sirhind Shareef mein hua. Aap ka mazar purnoor Hindustan ke sheher Sirhind (Punjab) mein hai jo roohani nizam ka markaz hai.
Asar Aur Legacies
- Aap ke asraat se Naqshbandiyya Mujaddidiyya silsila duniya ke kai mulkon mein phela.
- Aap ki taleemat ne Hindustan mein Islam ko zinda kiya, aur unka asar Shah Waliullah, Shah Abdul Aziz, Mawlana Fazl-e-Haq Khairabadi, aur doosre mashaaikh tak pahuncha.
- Aaj bhi aap ka silsila roohani rehnumaayi ka markaz hai.
Nateeja:
Hazrat Imam Rabbani Mujaddid Alf-e-Sani (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) ne Islam ko roohani aur fikri tor par dobara zinda kiya. Unki zindagi, ek mujtahid, ek wali, ek faqih, ek aalim aur ek tajdeedi shakhsiyat ki misaal hai.
Allah Ta’ala unke darjaat buland kare, aur humein unki taleemat par amal ki taufeeq ata farmaaye. Ameen.
