من الأحكام، وقيل: من علم الغيب،

Tarjuma : ALLAH ne ahkaam aur ilmul ghaib sikhaya.

Ilm e Ghaib ke khilaf ibarat fukah ke bayan me

1) Fatwa kaaji khwa’n me hai

Tarjuma : kisi ne bagair gawaho’n ke nikah kiya toh mard aur aurat ne kaha ki humne khuda aur rasul ko gawah kiya , toh logo’n ne kaha hai ki yeh qaul kufr hai kyo’n ke usne etkad kiya ki Rasul ALLAH alaihissalam ghaib jaante hai , Halaki aap toh ghaib zindagi me na jaante the che jaaye ki maut k baad

.2) Sharah fiqhe akbar me Mulla ali qari alaihirrehma farmate hai .

Tarjuma: Hanfiyo’n ne sarahatan zikr kiya ki yeh etkad ki NABI alaihissalam ghaib jaante the kufr hai kyo’nki yeh aqeeda khudaye paak k us farmaan ke khilaf hai ki “farma do aasamano aur zameeno ka ghaib khuda ke siwa koi nahi jaanta”.

In dono Ibarato’n se maalum hua ki Huzur Alaihissalam ko ilm e ghaib manna kufr hai .

Jawaab : In dono ibarato’n ka ijmali aur iljami jawaab toh yeh hai ki mukhalifeen bhi Huzur Alaihissalam ko kuch ilm e ghaib maante hai , lihaja woh bhi kaafir hue kyo’nki in ibarato’n me qul ya thoda ka toh zikr nahi , yeh hai ki jo bhi Huzur ko ilm e ghaib mane woh kaafir hai , khwa ek ka maane ya zyada ka , toh woh bhi khair manaye , maulvi ashraf ali sahab ne “Hifzul imaan” me baccho,paglo aur jaanwaro ko baaz ilm e ghaib maana hai , Maulvi khalil ahmed sahab ne “Barahine Fatiha” me shaitaan aur malaqul maut ko wasi ilm e ghaib mana , Maulana qasim sahab ne “tehzirunnas” me kamal hi kardiya ki saari makhlukaat se Huzur Alaihissalam ka ilm zyada mana , ab in teeno saahbo’n per kya hukum lagaya jayega??? Tafseeli jawaab yeh hai kaaji kha’n ki ibaarat me hai “Qalu” logo’n ne kaha aur kaaji kha’n wagaira fuqha ki aadat yeh hai ki woh “qalu” us jagah bolte hai jaha’n unko yeh qaul pasand na ho .

Shaami jild 5 safa : 445 me hai.

Ek shaks ne nikah kiya ALLAH wa Rasul ki gawahi se toh nahi jaiz hai balki kaha gaya ki woh kaafir ho jayega .

Is ibaarat ke matahat shaami ne tatar khaniya se nakal kiya,

Tarjuma : Mooltkit me hai ki woh kaafir na hoga kyo’nki tamam chizen Huzur Alaihissalam ki rooh per pesh ki jaati hai aur rasul baaz ghaib jaante hai , rab nefarmaya hai ki pas nahi zaahir farmata apne ghaib per kisi ko siwaye pasandida rasul ke , me kehta hu ki qutube aqaid me hai ki auliya ALLAH ki karamatme se baaz ghaibo’n per muttla(bakhabar) hona bhi hai .

Shaami “Baabul-Murtdin” me masla bajajiya zikr farma kar farmaya ,

Tarjuma : Iska khulasa yeh hai ki daawa ilm e ghaib nasse Qurani ke khilaf hai ki isse kaafir ho gaya , magar jabki isko sarahatan ya dalalatan kisi sabab ki taraf nisbat kar de , jaise wahi ya ilham.

Mujmeraat me hai ki sahih yeh hai ki woh shaks kaafir na hoga kyo’nki Ambiya e kiram ghaib jaante hai aur un per chize’n pesh ki jaati hai pas yeh kufr na hoga.

In ibaarat se maalum hua ki aqeeda e ilm e ghain per fatwa kufr lagana galat hai balki fuqha ka bhi aqeeda hai ki Huzur Alaihissalam o ilm e ghaib diya gaya.

Mulla Ali Qari ki ibaarat nakal nahi ki gai , Asal Ibarat yeh jo matlab wazeh karti hai .

Tarjuma : Fir jaano ki Ambiya e kiram ghaib ki chizo’n ko nahi jaante siwaye uske jo unko ALLAH ne bata di aur Hanfiyo’n ne tasreeh ki ke jo NABI Alaihissalam ko ilm e ghaib jaane

Ab pura matlab maalum hua ki NABI Sallallahualaihiwasallam ko ilm e ghaib zaati manne ko Mulla ali qari kufr farma rahe hai na ki Ataai , kyo’nki Ataai ko toh maan rahe hai , aur fir unki ibarate hum suboot ilm e ghaib me pesh kar chuke hai , ki Mulla ali qari Huzur Sallallahualaihiwasallam ko tamam “Ma Kaana wa Mayakun” ka ilm maante hai.
