Moti aur jawahar par zakaat waajib nahee agarche hazaaro ke ho, Haan agar tijarat ki niyat se liye to zakaat waajib ho gayi.
Jo shakhs nisaab ka malik hai agar darmiyan saal mein kuch aur maal barha to iss naye maal ka saal alag nahee baki, pehle maal ka khatam saal iske liye bhi khatme saal hai, agarche saal pura hone se ek hi minute pehle hasil hua ho.
Saal bhar tak khairaat karta raha iske baad niyyat ki
Ke jo kuch diya hai woh zakaat hai toh iss tarah zakaat adaa nahee huwi.

Zakaat ka rupya murda ki tajhij wa tadfeen ya masjid ki taamir mein nahee laga sakta isliye ki isme fakeer ko maalik kar dena nahi paya gaya.

#Ek hazaar ka maalik hai aur do hazaar ki zakaat di aur niyat yeh ki saal tamaam tak agar ek hazaar aur ho gaye to yeh uski hai warna aainda saal mai mahsoob hogi toh yeh jaiz hai.

# Fakeer woh aadmi hai jiske paas kuch ho, magar na itna ke nisaab ko pohuch jaaye ya nisaab ke barabar ho toh iski ijazat haajat asliya mein mustagrak ho.
# Miskeen woh hai jiske paas kuch na ho yaha tak ki khaane aur badan chupaane ke liye iska mohtaaj hai logo se sawaal kare.

# Aamil woh hai jise badshaah e islam ne zakaat wa ushr wasool karne ke liye mukarar kiya ho usse kaam ke lihaaz se itna diya jaye ki usko aur uske madadgaaro ko mutvissat taur par kafi ho magar itna na diya jaaye ki jo wasool kar laaya hai uske aadhe se jyada ho jaye.
# Rakaab se muraad mukatab gulam ko dena ki iss maal e zakaat se badle kitaabat dekar apni gardan chudaye.
#Gaarim se muraad madyun hai yaani uss par itna dein (karz) ho ki usse nikaalne ke baad nisaab baki na rahe.
