Aaj kal ka nikah aur 1400 saal pahle ka nikah

Part 2
 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Hazrat Sahal Radiallah anhu bayan karte hain ke Nabi kareem Sallallahu alahi wasallam ki khidmat me ek aurat hazir hui aur us ne arz kia
ya Rasool Allah ﷺ
mai  isliye hazir hui hun ki apni zaat Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ko hiba kar du

Nabi kareem Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne use dekha aur poori tarah se neeche se uper tak jaiza liya fir aap ne apna sare mubarak jhuka liya 

Jab us aurat ne dekha ke Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne us ke bare me koi faisla nahi farmaya to ek taraf ho kar baith gaye 

Fir Sahaba kiram Radiallahu anhuma me se ek sahabi uthe unhone arz kiya :
Ya Rasoollallah Sallallahu alahi wasallam, agar aap ko is ki zaroorat na ho to is ka nikah mere sath kar dijiye 

Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne pucha :
Tumhare paas (mehar dene k liye) kuch hai?

Unhone ne arz kiya : Allah ki qasam ya Rasoollallah, mere paas kuch nahi hai

Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya : apne ghar jaa kar dekho kya koi cheez dastyab ho sakti hai ?

Wo ghar gaye aur wapas aa kar arz kiya : Allah ki qasam ya Rasool Allah ﷺ
, muje ghar me bhi koi cheez nahi mili

Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya : talash karo aur dekho khwah lohe ki anguthi hi mil jaye

Chunanche wo fir ghar gaye aur wapas aa kar kahne lage  : ya Rasool Allah ﷺ
, Allah ki qasam lohe ki anguthi bhi nahi hai albatta ye mera zere jama (tehbnd) zaroor hai

Hazrat Sahal Radiallah t
anhu ne kaha ke un ke paas chadar bhi na thi 
Un sahabi ne kaha : Main is (tehband) me se aadha bataure mehar dene ko tayyar hun

Is par Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya : wo tumhare tehband ko le kar kya karegi kyun k ise to agar tum pahnoge to is aurat par kuch na hoga aur agar ise pahnne doge to tum par kuch na hoga 

Is ke baad wo shakhs baith gaye aur kafi der baithe rahe fir uthe (aur jaane laga)

Jab Rasoollallah Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne unhe peeth mod kar jaate dekha to Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne unhe bulwaya
Jab wo aa gaye to Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya : tumhe Qur'an me se kuch yaad hai?

Unhone arz kiya : k muje falan falan sooratein yaad h 
Us ne gin kar sooraton ke naam bataye 

Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne pucha : kya tum in sooraton ko zubani apne hafze ki madad se padh sakte ho ?

Us ne arz kiya : Haa, 

Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya : accha ise le jao yeh main ne tumhare qabze me di (yaani ise tumhare nikah me diya) 
Us Qur'an ke aewaz jo tumhe yaad hai (yaani itna Qur'an ise seekha dena)

Ek aur hadees me aata hai Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne farmaya nikah ko aasan banao aur zinakari ko mushkil banao (Tirmizi)

Jab k aaj is ka ulta ho raha hai ham ne nikah ko to mushkil bana diya h aur zina ko aasan kar diya hai
Allahu Akbar...

Uper bayan ki gaye is hadees pai gaur kiya jay to is se hame kafi kuch seekhne ko milta hai

1) Is hadees se pata chalta hai ke sirf ladka hi apna rishta nahi de sakta balke ladki walo ko bhi ijazat hai ke wo rishte ke liye apni taraf se pahal kar sakte hai

2) Bageir wali ke nikah nahi ho sakta 
Nikah ke liye wali ka hona shart hai

3) Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ne jab us aurat ka nikah karwaya to ladke se pucha ke tumhare paas kya hai dene ko
Jab k hmare yha ladki walo s pucha jata hai ke jahez me kya doge ?

4) Hmare mu'ashre m ek riwaz aur hai ke ladke ki saas ya sasur ladke ko (mangni pakki ke waqt ) sone ki anguthi ya salami aesa kuch dete hai ye fazool kharchi hai

5) hadees m ye bhi bataya gaya hai ke agar koi shakhs nikah karta hai to wo aurat us ke liye tab tak halal nahi hogi jab tak ke wo us ka haq e mehar ada na kar de
Jab k hamare kafi bhai is baat se la ilm hai
Ya jaan kar anjan bhi bante hai

Nikah me apni badai shan o shaukat dikhane ko 50,0000 tak ke mehar likhwana apni shan samjhte hai bhale wo is ki istita'at na rakhte ho bass naam karne ko aesa karte hai
Kahte h k dena na dena apne uper h 
Aur apni biwiyu ke is haq ko ada krna unhe nagwar guzarta hai

Haa ye aurat ko ikhtiyar hai wo aap ko kuch mohlat de 2/3 saal ya is se zyada ya chahe to maaf kar de
Aap us par mehar maaf karane k liye zabrdasti nahi kar sakte

6) hmare mu'ashre me nikah karte waqt ye dekha jata hai ke ladke ya ladki ka status kiya hai us ka bank balence kitna hai ladki ke naam kya kar raha, gold kitna hai etc.....
jab ke Sahabi e Rasool ke paas ghar me bajahir kuch nahi hai is ka ye matlab nahi ke wo nikah ke liye perfect nahi hai un se nikah nahi  karna 
Is baat ko Aap Sallallahu alahi wasallam ya un sahabi Radiallah  anhu ne tarzeeh nahi di
Tarzeeh di un ki deendaari ko
Un ki deendari ki bina par un ka nikah us aurat se karwa diya

7) aur sab se aakhir me fizool kharchi jo ke hmare mu'ashre me aam hai
Nikah ke mauqe par ladke ya ladki ke kapdo se le kar dawat ke tamam intizam is bina par hote hai ke kahi koi kami na rah jaye ye lagna chahiye ke falan ke ladke ya ladki ki shadi hai

Qur'an m Allah ta'lla ka irshad hai "Fizool Kharchi Karne Wale Toh Shaitan Ke Bhai Hain Aur Shaitan Apne Parwardigar Ki Naimatoun Ka Kufraan Karne Wala, Yaani Na Shukra Hai"
(SURAH AL ISRA : 27)

Isi fizool kharchi ki bina par hamari kai bahno ke rishte nahi ho paate q ke un ke gareeb maa baap itne kharch ki istita'at nahi rakhte 
Invitation card par bade alfaz me likha jaata hai

AN NIKAH MIN SUNNATI

jab ke afsos us nikah me sunnat ke mutabiq bahut kam amal dekhne ko milta hai sirf dikhawa aur showoff q ke kharcha bhi to karna hai  

Is qadar ba barkat aur saadagi s nikah bhala kisi ka ho sakta hai jis ke charche aaj bhi 1400 saal baad hamari zuban par hai

Shaadi ek bahut badhi musibat ban gai hai aur ise musibat hamne hi banaya hai
Ye hamare ikhteyar me hai ke ham apne ladki ki shaadi kis tarah karen ya ham apne ladki ki shaadi kis tarah kare
Kasam khuda ki aaj ke shaadi ko dekh kar rona aata hai
Milad shareef bhi hoti hai aur fir milad shareef ke khatam hone ke baad puri raat gaana bajta hai aur usi me bich bich me naat shareef bhi ek aad bajta hai maaz Allah

Aye mere sunni bhaiyon aur bahno aaj ahed kar lo ki jitna ho sake apne se ushad tak shariyat par amal karenge warna qayamat ke deen koi bahana na chalega

Aaj ladka se puchho ke bhai tum jahez kyun le rahe ho to kahte hai sab lete hai pahle wala zamana gaya agar puchho ke gana kyu bajate ho to kahte hai ye to mere bhai ka shouk hai ya apna ya kisi aur ka naam bata dete hain

Yaad rakho zamana ko mat dekho aur na apne shouk aur na bhai ke shouk aur na baap ke shouk ko agar shariyatke khilaf hai to

Abhi meri bahen ki shaadi thi mai apne ghar wale se saaf kah diya agar gana baja ya ganw me uptan lagate vaqt jo geed wagairah hota hai to mai shaadi me nahi rahunga lehaza mai jin jin baaton se mana kiya ghar wale sab man gaye
aur bole theek hai ye sab nahi hoga magar tum raho

Gour karne ki baat hai ye shaadi meri bahen ki thi aur mere 2 bhai bhi hain bade chhote aur jo log ek pariwar me hote hain wo sab hain lekin mere wajah se sab chup hogaye

To aye sunni bhaiyon aur bahno zara socho agar apni shaadi ho to kya ham shariyat ke hisab se nahi kar sakte??
bilkul kar sakte hain

Aur haan agar bhai ki shaadi ho ya bahenki ya kisi bhi dost ki ya rishtedar ki ap ke mana kar par wo nahi mane to ap us shaadi me sharik mat hona
Agar aaj bhi ap ke jazbe mozboot hai to koi mushkil nahi shariyat amal karna

Hazrat e ali radi Allahu anhu farmate hain dunya tumhe tab tak nahi hara sakti jab tak tum khud se na har jao

Aur upar jo hadees guzri uske is zumle par gour kariye

Nikah ko itna aasan banao ke zinakari mushkil hojaye

Aasan banao ?
Aasan banao ?

Kis se kaha gaya?  hamse hi kaha gaya isse ye bhi pata chala ham chahe to nikah ko aasan bana le ya chahe to mushkil
Jabki aasan banane me faida hai dunya aakhirat har jagah aur mushkil banane me nuqshan yahan bhi wahan bhi

Bade afsos ki baad hai aaj ka musalman apni puri zindagi ghar banane aur apne ladke aur ladkiyon ki shaadi karne mi hi khatam kar dete hain

Ilm hasil kariye sabse pahle  zaroori hai tabhi ham sahi aur galat ko pahchan payenge aur agar sahi galat ki pahchan ke baad bhi jaise taise zindagi guzar rahe hain ham
to fir kya hi nuqshan ki zindagi jeete hain ham
